当前，人工智能等颠覆性技术正在深刻重塑知识生产方式与人文社会科学研究范式，二语习得研究处于从理论借鉴走向理论原创、从单一方法走向多模态融合、从学科分立走向超学科协同的关键转型期。构建具有中国特色、面向全球对话的二语习得知识体系，既是回应中国外语教育实践重大问题的时代命题，也是参与全球二语习得学术对话、贡献中国智慧的理论使命。该知识体系应扎根于中国学习者、中国课堂与中国语境的经验基础，致力于提炼兼具本土解释力与全球普适性的原创理论；以理论创新为引领，以方法创新为支撑，以跨学科融合为路径，在二语习得研究多元发展的前沿交汇处，形成原创性概念、标识性范畴与系统性解释框架。

为进一步凝聚海内外学术共同体力量，深化二语习得前沿议题的跨学科、跨语言、跨领域、跨文化研讨，中国英汉语比较研究会二语习得研究专业委员会拟于2027年12月3—5日在广州举办2027年度年会。本次会议以“中国智慧与国际对话”为主题，诚邀海内外二语习得研究及相关领域专家学者、青年学者和研究生踊跃投稿、莅临参会，共襄学术盛举，共促学术创新。

The 12th Annual Conference of Second Language Acquisition Research Committee of the China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese

(First Announcement and Call for Papers)

At present, disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence are profoundly reshaping the modes of knowledge production and the research paradigms of the humanities and social sciences. Second language acquisition (SLA) research is at a critical transitional period—moving from theoretical borrowing to theoretical originality, from single methods to multimodal integration, and from disciplinary isolation to transdisciplinary collaboration. Establishing an SLA knowledge system with Chinese characteristics that is oriented toward global dialogue is not only a timely proposition responding to major practical issues in China’s foreign language education, but also a theoretical mission to participate in global SLA academic dialogue and contribute Chinese wisdom. This knowledge system should draw upon the empirical realities of Chinese learners, Chinese classrooms, and the Chinese context to develop original theories that possess both local explanatory power and global applicability. Guided by theoretical innovation, supported by methodological innovation, and driven by interdisciplinary integration, it should form original concepts, signature categories, and systematic explanatory frameworks at the frontiers of computational linguistics, neurolinguistics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, functional linguistics, pragmatics, cognitive processing, and AI empowerment.

To further unite the academic community at home and abroad and deepen interdisciplinary, cross-linguistic, cross-domain, and cross-cultural discussions on frontier issues in SLA, the Second Language Acquisition Research Committee of the China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese will hold its 2027 Annual Conference in Guangzhou from December 3 to 5, 2027. With the theme of “Chinese Wisdom and Global Dialogue”, the conference sincerely invites experts, scholars, young researchers, and graduate students in SLA and related fields to submit papers and attend the conference to gather together for this academic event and jointly promote academic innovation.
